Garcinia Cambogia review

Garcinia cambogia is a popular weight loss supplement. The fruit is the same name as Malabar or tamarind. The fruit peel contains high levels of HCA, which is believed to have been the active ingredient for most of its weight loss advantages. It the reason for garcinia cambogia to be the remedy for you to lose weight and belly fat.

What Is Garcinia Cambogia?
Garcinia cambogia Is a tiny, pumpkin-shaped, yellow or greenish fruit. The fruit is so sour that it is generally used in cooking, not fresh. Supplements to garcinia cambogia are made from fruit peel extracts. It has a substance called Hydroxycitric acid (HCA) in the peeling of the fruit which has demonstrated some propensity to weight loss.

In general, the supplements contain between 20 and 60% HCA. Studies nevertheless show that the greatest benefit can be those with 5060% HCA with 50-60%.

HCA Can Cause Modest Weight Loss

Various high-quality human studies tested garcinia cambogia's weight loss effects. In addition, most of them show a small amount of weight loss due to the supplement. On average, garcinia cambogia caused a 2 pounds (0.88 kg) weight loss over 2-12 weeks more than a placebo. In other words, many studies have found no advantage in weight loss.

The largest study in 135 people, for example, found no weight loss difference between those who took garcinia cambogia and placebo. The proof is mixed, as you can see. Some people have modest weight loss by using Garcinia cambogia supplements but their effectiveness cannot be ensured.

How Does It Aid Weight Loss?

Garcinia cambogia is supposed to help weight loss in two main ways.

1. May Reduce Your Appetite

Studies in rats show that if the supplements are given to rats , the rats are less likely to eat. Likewise, some human research has shown that garcinia cambogia suppresses appetite and makes you feel fulfilled.
The system is not fully known, but rat studies suggest that serotonin may be increased in the brain by the active ingredient in garcinia cambogia. Because serotonin is known to suppress appetite, increased serotonin blood levels could lower your appetite. These results must, however, be taken with the salt grain.
There was no difference in appetite between people who took this supplement and people taking placebo from other studies. These effects can depend on each person.

2. May Block Fat Production and Reduce Belly        Fat

Garcinia cambogia affects blood fats and new fatty acids production. Human and animal studies show that high blood fats can decrease and oxidative stress can be reduced in your body.

Another study suggests that it can be particularly useful to reduce the accumulation of overweight belly fat in people. In a study, 2 800 mg Garcinia Cambogia was taken daily for eight weeks in moderately obese people and several disease risk factors were drastically improved:
  • Total cholesterol levels: 6.3% lower
  • “Bad” LDL cholesterol levels: 12.3% lower
  • “Good” HDL cholesterol levels: 10.7% higher
  • Blood triglycerides: 8.6% lower
  • Fat metabolites: 125–258% more excreted in the urine

This may be mainly due to the inhibition of a citrate Lyase enzyme by Garcinia Cambogia which plays an important role in the production of fat.

Garcinia cambogia is thought to slow or block your body's production of fat by inhibiting citrate lyase. This could reduce your risk of weight gain and reduce blood fat— two key risk factors for the disease.
Other Health Benefits
Test-tube and animal studies indicate that garcinia cambogia may also have antidiabetes effects, including:
  • Decreasing insulin levels
  • Decreasing leptin levels
  • Reducing inflammation
  • Improving blood sugar control
  • Increasing insulin sensitivity
  • Digestive symptoms
  • Headaches
  • Skin Rashes

Safety and Side Effects

Most studies conclude that Cambogia garcinia in advised dosages, of up to 2,800 mg HCA per day, is safe for healthy individuals. In other words, the FDA does not regulate supplements.

In addition, your digestive system might be boosted by Garcinia Cambogia. Animal studies suggest that it helps protect the intestinal tract against stomach ulcers and reduces damage.

However, some studies have shown that side effects are more serious. Animal studies show that very high levels of garcinia cambogia can cause atrophy of the testicles or shrink them.

There is, therefore, no guarantee that the actual content of HCA will match the HCA content on the label in your supplements. Make sure you purchase from a reputable producer. Some side effects of garcinia cambogia have also been reported. The most popular are the following:

Studies in rats have shown that sperm production can also be affected. A woman has developed serotonin toxicity following her use of her antidepressant medications using garcinia cambogia. In addition, several case studies have shown that garcinia cambogia supplements can result in some people's liver damage or liver failure.

These effects must nevertheless be further studied, in order to draw firm conclusions.

Consult your doctor before taking this supplement if you have a medical condition or are taking any medications.

Dosage Recommendations
Many medical food and drugstores offer a range of garcinia cambogia. Garcinia cambogia supplements can also be purchased online. Choose one from a renowned producer containing 50–60% HCA. Dosages recommended may vary across brands. Typically, 500 mg, 3 times a day, 30-60 minutes before meals should be taken. The dosage instructions on the label are always best followed.

The Bottom Line
Garcinia cambogia is a fruit-based supplement used to stimulate weight loss, although studies disagree with its efficacy. Some research shows that weight loss is somewhat higher than no extra.

It has an unconfirmed but encouraging effect. The best benefit can be the positive effects of garcinian cambogia on blood fats. That said, it is better to change your diet and lifestyle if you want to lose weight.
